steps to Export vehicles:
1. Provide Farber and Company with the original title (pink slip) which we present to U.S. Customs for authorization of export.
This must be done a minimum of 6 days prior to the actual date scheduled for export. Full consignee information is also required. Title must be signed by buyer and seller.
2. An original bill of sale is required.
If you don't have a bill of sale you can obtain the form by visiting http://www.dmv.ca.gov/forms/reg/reg135.pdf
The Bill of Sale must be signed by buyer and seller.
3. Please schedule delivery Monday through Friday between 0800 and 1600 hrs.
4. A Power of Attorney is required with the EIN number filled out on the top left. (click here for POA form)

DO NOT FILL YOUR TANK. The vehicle should be delivered to the receiving warehouse with less than 1/4 tank of gas, as it may be drained for proper shipping/handling purposes. No hazardous materials (oil, flammable fluids, paints, etc.) are permitted.

At the port of unloading there will be incidental costs on a per vehicle basis to cover the unloading, customs clearance charges, etc. No other charges are incurred other than the normal taxes and duties that may apply in your individual case. Transportation insurance can also be provided if you desire.
